It started with Sergio, West Coast’s no-nonsense owner. No fear tactics, no pushiness, just a clearcut estimate, coming in the lowest of the four companies we invited out after a bit of research beforehand. Others said that going with the lowest bid — which, by the way, wasn’t our strategy — was generally a bad idea. (It might be if you’ve not done your homework — referrals and CCB [construction contractors board] checks — in advance.)

We had an excellent experience working with Sergio and his crew at West Coast Roofing LLC. Sergio's bid was accurate and competitive with the other bids we received. We selected West Coast because Sergio was knowledgeable and patient in discussing the benefits of a steel roof. The work was done on time and with minimal disruption to our lives. We are very pleased with our new steel roof and would absolutely use West Coast Roofing for our next project.
