This man is awesome! He cleaned my dog grooming shop tile and grout to perfection… but the best part is his customer service. Not three days later I spilled some very oily cleaner for blades all over, and called him to see what I could clean it up with to cut through the oil, and he gave me excellent advice that worked great and tolerated my emotions!!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience since we all know men hate when women cry… he didn’t judge , and was very professional even so!! Steve did a great job - exactly as advertised! The carpet looks like new (it's 10+ years old with kids and pets tromping on it) and the price was right. He was very kind and courteous, and didn't leave a mess - will definitely call him again in the future.

Steve is amazing! I had a very hard to get to apartment(but was able to take the screen out so he could put his hoses through the window) so he could clean my couch. My couch was disgusting and an eyesore to see. He made it look like showroom new and I’m so happy! He’s very nice and answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend him!
