Rachel is super friendly, has good communication regarding appointments, and always does a good job...and honest to God, my little Christy girl ALWAYS gets excited to be there every time we pull up to the appointment!

My Daisy gets so nervous and Rachel is an absolute sweet heart to her. I started cutting Daisy hair myself because I just didn't trust some places with her. I will be going back to Rachel with my girl and hopefully soon my GSD as well. I highly recommend Gentle Groomer and Rachel!
