“Such wonderful service here at Tualatin Dry Cleaners. My husband has very wide shoulders and narrow hips and all his dress shirts need to be altered. He had to buy a new shirt last minute for an event in two days and was stressing about finding some place that could handle that turnaround. The very sweet older woman here was very honest about her workload but was willing to make it work for an extra fee, which is completely reasonable and expected. So very thankful for this business and this very sweet woman!“

“SAVED THE WEDDING DAY. BRIDESMAID DRESS NIGHTMARE. I was bridesmaid #1 in my best friends wedding this summer with a gorgeous dusty blue chiffon dress, set to stand right beside my beautiful best friend. At 9am I hung my dress up on a tall wood rmoire (which was recommended by the day of coordinator as she noted it was the go to dress steaming spot) and I began steaming the back of my dress that I had yet to finish. As I went to turn my dress around, to my HORROR- the front of my dress was STUCK to the wood rmoire. I peeled the delicate chiffon off the wood and saw dark wood stain all over the front and center of my bridesmaid dress that I needed to be wearing in 5 hours. I called every cleaners in the area without luck being told their stain specialist wasn't in on Saturdays and they would not be able to complete a job that quick. Isaac answered my call to Swan Cleaners and immediately told me he would clear his schedule, to bring it in as fast as possible. Not only would he be working on my dress, but also his father and stain specialist. I raced my dress to them by 10:30 and the dress was back in my hands looking better than I left it, without a stain in sight, freshly pressed by 1:30PM!!! Isaac and his team were professional, compassionate, and approached my emergency with the urgency it required. I am forever grateful to Swan Cleaners for saving my best friends wedding day and allowing me to keep my #1 bridesmaid spot! I will take any and all of my future dry cleaning to Swan's. The most frequent services we’ve used are dry cleaning (dress shirts, monthly) and hemming of (many) jeans for a vertically challenged person ;) They are fast, efficient, and no nonsense. “It’s a small town coin laundry and dry cleaners. I can’t comment on the dry cleaning side, however the coin laundry was great for being in a small town. Looks like they have put in new high tech washers and replacing dryers as needed. They have a good selection of washer sizes from 88lbs down to 22lbs prices are far market value. I'm pretty sensitive to abrupt customer service so when I brought in a huge pile of alterations I was worried how it might be received. I was helped immediately and never made to feel like a burden even though it took me a long time to change clothes throughout the process“
