I was traveling for the holidays and ended up in a winter storm. It came out of no where and we did not have chains. I was able to store by the store in Burns, OR and they sold me chains and even showed me how to put them on. The woman who helped us was pleasant and very informative. I never had to use chains before. Thank you for getting us to our destination to see our family and friends. I wish we had a Les Schwab near us in Arizona!
Had to make an emergency stop on my way to Boise, kept hearing a really weird sound from one of the tires. The staff were all so happy and friendly, gave it a once over and sent me on my way in less then 20 minutes with a clean bill of health. Made me feel a lot better before I headed out with my kids for a long drive! Thank you!
Daniel was absolutely amazing!!! He came out with another guy named Brad from Sam's Service. Both amazing human beings. My sister and I had a dual tire blow out while driving a Penske truck with a tow trailer behind it. We almost lost control over the truck and we're luckily enough to get it pulled over to the side of the highway. It was a very traumatic experience to say the least. Daniel and Brad were a saving grace. They came very prepared with all the tools that were needed to get us two new tires. They checked all other tires as well.
