Driving cross country. 300mi overdue on an oil change with 250+mi still to Crater Lake. First place couldnt get me in. This place got me second in line 1min after they opened. Saved my whole day! Best shop in the whole world in my opinion! Still gonna hit Crater Lake by early afternoon.

The customer service from this group is awesome. Like others I was traveling through the area and had an emergency with my vehicle. Terri and the team at Hometown Auto worked hard and bent over backward to ensure that I could made it home same day. They were busy, but no one in the shop made me feel like an inconvenience even though I was not on the schedule.

We were traveling and our tail lights on our truck/camper had stopped working. It was 15 minutes before closing time and we were certain we would have to wait overnight for help. However, a service rep came out, identified the issue and directed us to NAPA for the part we needed. HOMETOWN AUTO saved us an extra day on the road...and wouldn't charge us a dime. You are our hometown HERO!! THANKS UPON THANKS!!!
