Roto-Rooter of Curry & Del Norte Counties

Our septic tank was backed up on Sunday and we had called about everywhere to get this issue fixed and no one could help us until today(Tuesday till 3-4pm!!) then Our landlord reached out to roto rooter and they came within 30 minutes and we’re top notch and immediately found the septic tank lids and started doing work and fixed our issue. We appreciate then so much and will always go to them first thing!

Junior at Roto-Rooter showed up promptly and discovered our problem was a full septic tank. He, his supervisor & the manager of our mobile home park found the septic tank rather quickly, in the rain. Junior ordered the pump truck & returned with the truck this morning. He was very courteous and polite and did a wonderful job of backfilling the holes dug to locate the tank. I was very impressed!!

Excellent service. Our plumbing had an urgent issue—there was water coming back up through the downstairs bathtub and shower due to a blockage. I called them at 1:45pm today and they were here at 3:05pm. I live in Crescent City and they came all the way down from Brookings in that time. Amazing response time.The gentleman who helped me was named Brian and he was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a ton of gunk surrounding our sewage line outside and he even cleaned that up for me despite that not being one of their services.I strongly recommend using them if you're in a pinch.
