I had the absolute privilege of visiting this medical office recently, and let me just say, if you’re looking for an unforgettable experience in humility, this is the place.

Special shout-out to Lisa at the front desk. She greeted me with the kind of warmth you usually reserve for door-to-door salesmen or people who interrupt your lunch break. Nothing says “welcome” like being met with a blank stare and a window slammed in your face. Truly iconic behavior.

Now, I’m no customer service expert, but I always thought “rude” was a bit too strong a word for someone who just ignores you, dismisses your presence, and makes you question your entire reason...read full review

The MD and 3 FNP's at this clinic are all excellent - highly competent, responsive, empathetic. They take the time to listen to patients carefully and never rush an appointment, even when they are extremely busy. The staff is equally excellent - messages and RX's handled quickly, appointments scheduled in a timely manner, callbacks as soon as possible.
The waiting area needs some serious updating, but this does not affect the great care. Have and will continue to highly recommend.

Cheryl and the staff at Oak street medical are amazing. Cheryl takes time and listens to you making sure to answer any questions you have. She makes sure if you need care outside our area that you are referred to top notch doctors. I highly recommend her.
