He has installed flooring, replaced doors, replaced roofing, built a gate on my deck that locked, installed shelving, fixed holes in drywall, and painted exterior and interior walls for me. We had our bathroom gutted down to the rafters and totally redone from floor to ceiling and restored the old clawfoot as well everything looks amazing. done in a timely manner even though trying to do new with a house from 1925 can be a challenge everything turned out perfectly.
