I'm a flooring contractor and had a nail go through a pex pipe during some demo. Called Living Water at 1030am. Living water sent their tech, Thomas, out under their emergency pricing plan. It costs a little more but they pull a tech as soon as possible to get to your problem. Pipe was fixed by 4pm for less than I was quoted over the phone. This is a highly organized and fair company to deal with. The office staff were also easy to work with and completely on the ball.
