Contracting with Terminix to address my termite problem was the right decision. Their entire staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and so friendly. They thoroughly evaluated my problem and fully explained the course of action. I have never worked with more capable, efficient and lovely people. I highly recommend the Bend Terminix professionals for any rodent, termite or the like problem you may have. I cannot give them enough compliments.
I am a renter at the home Terminix is servicing What I can say is that the office staff are efficient and gracious, and the people who have come out to set and check traps have been knowledgeable, friendly, and responsible. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they'll do. That's my report!
I was blown away by the level of service I received. From the person I talked to on the phone, to the tech that came to the house, everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I felt very nervous and embarrassed and he made me completely at ease almost instantly. He was extremely knowledgeable and checked EVERYTHING. It was an exceptional level of service and I am extremely happy.
