Excellent design team; after two projects we could not be more pleased. They designed our new home to fit our L shaped lot and everything turned out great. Every window and door located to maximize view and convenience. Exceptional staff, they were easy to work with and had good communication skills. Great project managers on both projects. We have a new quality custom home that is quiet and VERY energy efficient. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Sun Forest is a professional company and they build high quality homes. The customer service has been fast, friendly and efficient. The detail that goes into the home and the communication from project managers have been impressive.
February 11, 2019 - I was recently contacted by marketing at Sun Forest, asking that I remove my "terrible" review because the company had replaced personnel from top to bottom. (Well, the review wasn't terrible, the customer service was. My review was stellar.) I am giving the company the benefit of the doubt and changing my rating to three stars, with the caveat that anybody looking to hire a local contractor these days needs to make bloody well sure they keep their promises and act as though you are a valuable client worthy of their best efforts.
