I have been so lucky to have remote coaching from Bend Strength Warehouse for 24 months now. I'm a total knee replacement warrior and thought my competitive athletic career would be over after the surgery. Instead, I have multiple state records in all 3 lifts now over 2 age groups. I've traveled to have inperson coaching as well as remote and no matter where I am, I'm able to be supported by my coach. Even out of state traveling to help care for my elderly parent or traveling for work, my program is modified by my coach based on the equipment that is available to me at the time. My experience at strength warehouse was amazing and my trainer Derek wasn’t only an amazing personal trainer but became a friend as well, with his coaching I was able to get into the best shape of my life! I can’t recommend Derek and the team at strength warehouse enough!

I wanted to write this review because I feel like more people should know how great this place is. This is the first gym that I actually enjoy going to. I am new to strength training, but so far I really love it, because of Megan, my PT! She is super present, attentive and I am learning a lot from her. Most importantly I am actually enjoying it! Ladies, if you've been wanting to start but feel a bit intimidated (like I did) this is your sign, book a session with Megan and you can thank me later ;)
