I would give even more than 5 stars if I could. I chose to replace the original (75 gallon) water heater in my house because it was almost 20 years old and showing symptoms of being at the end of its life. Stark excelled at what I value most: clear and conscientious communication, both from Colleen at the office and Colby when he visited my home to explain what he saw and educated me about hot water heaters. Kindness in their approach. Being there when they said they would. A competitive bid, made even sweeter when they didn't charge me for a base pan which came in slightly dented from their supplier. Colleen was amazing, I had a water leak and everyone at Stark Plumbing treated me great! I have 2 young kids and my house was distorted and there professionalism when they came to my home was just the best!! Thank you Stark Plumbing your whole team ROCKS! Colby did a great job! Colleen is amazing and so helpful. She got a crew to our house in 2 hrs to help with a leak and get our water back on. The techs are courteous, thorough and great. I would highly recommend them.
