My experience here was truly amazing. I was taken in very quickly, and the level of care I received was outstanding. My nurse, Brad, made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He even stayed after the center had closed and after his shift ended to make sure my ride arrived safely. My PA, Meredith Helfrich, was also wonderful and made sure I received all the necessary tests. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received.
After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go to St. Charles Urgent Care South, but my son recommended them so I did. No problems or long wait times at all. They did a very good job treating me. I would go back.
I absolutely adore everyone at this urgent care. Urgent care is not a hospital, so they can only do so much. I am a frequent patient with them for, back pain, hurt ankle, med refill, and I going back tomorrow for a horrible earache. They are professional and caring. I appreciate each and everyone of them.
