After we had a toilet overflow and it leaked from the upstairs into the downstairs, I had no idea where to start. A friend recommended Sierra James and I couldn't have been happier. Unfamiliar with the insurance process I had no idea what to expect. Kaelib came and assessed the situation and walked me through what the process would look like. Hannah led me through the insurance process and when my adjuster went AWOL Hannah followed through with my insurance company until someone new was assigned.
