So gave him a call and left a message with my problem. Shortly after I received a text message with instructions to reset the bottom button and try turning it with a hex wrench. Worked a bit but the disposal was dying. So Rusty showed up the day after the new one arrived. He was more than happy to install what I bought. Rusty is Great. He returned my call for help immediately. He was clear about what information he needed and then we put together a plan of action. When he arrived at the location he discovered a bolt in the water Tank that was loose tightened it up... Smart guy ..no more leak and No charge . I definitely will use his services in the future.

Great service and quick to respond. Used Rusty when we needed sinks installed after new counters went in and he replaced our leaking water heater on another occasion! Highly recommend.
