My mom was life lighted to Bend after a major medical emergency. During the incident, her glasses got extremely bent out of place and she was unable to use them. I called and spoke to Chris at the front desk, explained my predicament, and asked if there was any way they could fix them, we were happy to pay the price. Not only did they fix them in less than 5 minutes, they would not let us pay them, and were some of the kindest, most genuine gals. My mom is so grateful, and so am I!

Dr Ayres and his team are amazing! The front desk and the assistant were so helpful and kind when I came in for an exam last month. Dr Ayres took so much time and care explaining my treatment options and I felt like he truly considered my health as a whole. I have seen other optometrists in town, but if given the chance, I will only recommend people to Riverbend Eyecare due to the quality of patient care. Thank you!
