Very helpful! I'm from out of town, was in Redmond for a competition and had an urgent situation. She went above and beyond to get us the help we needed. Got my daughter back on track and feeling well again. Can't say enough good things about this place! Highly, highly recommend this place!
This review is long overdue. Absolutely loved my experience. I went in to get the river run IV after recovering from the flu. It was amazingly comfortable and I felt restored and revitalized afterwards. The nurse was super attentive and kind while guiding me through the process. This place would not be what it was without the owner Ali, she was super responsive (even when she was in between flights!) She was such a wonderful person to speak to about booking/cancelations and making modifications to my order. Every time my husband and I start feeling under the weather, we call Remède and they are always so quick to respond! Their staff is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable, making the whole process seamless and comfortable. I always feel so much better after my IV, and I love that they come straight to our home or business —it’s such a lifesaver.
I’ll definitely be utilizing their services more often as a preventative measure, rather than just when I’m already feeling sick. If you’re in Bend and need an immune boost, hydration, or just want to feel your best, I highly recommend them. Can’t say enough good things!
