Thank you, Recharge! I'm a former gym rat who used to do 2 a days regularly for funsies. I was sidelined by a car accident and then the pandemic. I have gained a ton of weight and lost a ton of confidence and strength. Cue Recharge. I was so happy to find this gem of a gym. Renee is totally about form over throwing heavy weight around and potentially getting hurt. I am the same way. I have a lot of work to do to get back to my previous self but knowing that I have awesome trainers with a lot of knowledge and common sense has been a gift from the universe. Discovered Recharge while on vacation in Bend. Phenomenal facility! It’s a real gym for lifters, cross fitters, or endurance endurance athletes alike - having chalk and lifting platforms and mobility tools is a small detail that makes this gym well thought out. The recovery lounge is what most training facilities are missing, but Recharge set the standard here. Shout out to Chester, she was so helpful in welcoming me to the gym. I live in the South, but will be coming back to Recharge frequently to train and recover.

Renee provided a great intro and information for post-run recovery options for a newbie like myself. I visited the Recharge tent after the Bend Marathon and a Half where I tried the compression boots. Renee was helpful and passionate about her business. I would definitely recommend Recharge to anyone exploring recovery options!
