Something very shady about this business. My partner and I went in for an appointment, they peddled some supplements and ghosted us completely after we didn't buy any. And yes, before you reply saying we never went there, we did in fact did go to your clinic Eric...

Central Oregon is very lucky to have a clinic like this in Bend that bills insurance. In treatment for Lyme and very happy so far. I’m a couple weeks in. This is a true mom and pop operation and they really care about their patients! Up on all the very latest information and extremely compassionate. Sensitive to incurring costs too, they check with you about each thing and help you figure out what you can afford and what’s the biggest priority.
Follow up: It is now four months into treatment and most of my symptoms from Lyme are gone. Thank you for giving me my life back.
Follow up 2: it is now almost two years since treatment and I am 100% better from Lyme. If you have a tough issue to solve, please go see Dr. Mallory. He really cares and has more recent info and knowledge about rarer conditions than any other doctor- western or alternative, that I was seen by in the past two years.

Never made it past the front desk. I called to inquire about ozone sauna sessions.The woman at the front desk answered with irritated tone of voice and did not say business name. I had to clarify it was Pure Health Natural Medicine. Then I proceeded to ask about ozone sauna sessions. She said they have ozone sauna but only use it on their patients. The call ended the next second, I could not even insert one word to ask how to become a patient. Giving it a benefit of the doubt that she did not hang up on me but the call dropped, I called right back. No one picked up the phone, and after ringing for a while, it went straight to voicemail. I didn’t know what to think. The ladies at the other place where ozone sauna machine just died said it was unacceptable behavior. I’m still digesting this and thinking what to do next.

Dr. Mallory views and treats my health issues from a seemingly infinite tool kit of experience, wisdom and practice. He has extensive knowledge and combines acupuncture with other modalities to address both acute and chronic problems.

kind, incredibly knowledgeable and articulate, cured me of several things other naturopathic doctors over looked. This is a small, family owned practice and people need to appreciate that fact. I have never had an big issue with scheduling or billing and the one time I did it was resolved, no problem. As someone whose been truly ill, we need to keep this type of doctor around!! Pure Health bills insurance out of the goodness of their own hearts, which probably causes them never ending headaches with paperwork. Maybe people do not realize that most naturopathic doctors won't even bill insurance. and the ones who do usually have a larger staff and charge a ton for their supplements! This clinic cares and tries to work within your financial means as well. I now have worked with them for two years and they are the only ones I trust with my whole family's health.

I didn't say that they wouldn't see me. I said I wouldn't see them because of how they were treating me. This is a direct quote of what I did say and shows the front offices incompetence and unethical behavior. She is not supposed to share private information about me.I called to make an appointment and literally every piece of information I was given over the phone was inaccurate. I was told they took my insurance, the cost of the treatment would be $175, that my initial appointment would be 10 minutes and that the doctor didn't wear masks but they would request it. Then I get an email saying they don't take my insurance, the cost of the treatment would be $375 plus $225 for the visit, the visit would be an hour or as long as it took and that they do wear masks. When I told them that I was literally not given one accurate piece of information and that the visit went from $175 to $600 in two days and that seemed unreasonable instead of them taking responsibility I was told they wouldn't treat me.
