Choosing to work with James Jans is the single worst financial decision I have ever made. His initial friendly demeanor is a facade that will drop as soon as you are no longer making him money. He is entirely self-serving and greedy. His incompetence, either real or faked for his own personal gains, will cost you dearly. He fails upward, losing his customer's money while ensuring his own profit. Do not trust this man with your business.

If I could -10 stars, I would! Do not bring your taxes here! They have lost my emails & paperwork on multiple occasions! We file our taxes early, so we could receive our returns early. But thanks to their incompetence the last two years, our returns were received much later than they should have been. Not once receiving an apology or even a discount, for their mishandling of our paperwork. In fact, we had to pay full price each year, with their rates increasing last year. Definitely not a good a business practice! We're taking our business elsewhere! So should you!
