Pro RV Repair Bend is a professional RV mobile repair and maintenance service in Central Oregon. They are incredible, friendly, attentive, professional, and extremely helpful. Customers report fast service, with problems diagnosed and fixed the same day or with about a 24-hour turnaround, even when other shops schedule months out. They perform repairs like plumbing, electrical, battery service, body and trim, and winterization. The store is very clean with friendly associates. While sometimes repairs take longer than expected, the company goes out of its way to make customers happy. Based on reviews, many customers would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend this business.
Exceptional response to our questions and delivery of solutions to fix a leaky roof and install a new fan in our pro master. They went beyond the call of duty in moving the solar panels and re-attaching them to the roof in a secure waterproof location.
First time using Pro RV, and we will definitely be back. I began to winterize my trailer and discovered that there was a leak in my plumbing. Other shops were scheduling 2 months out to diagnose, Pro RV got me scheduled 3 days out. They found and repaired the plumbing, some electrical a rodent chewed through AND winterized my trailer with about 24-hour turnaround. Unreal. Thanks for the service!
Very clean store, friendly associate working the counter would have been five stars but limited selection on in-store availability on certain items but only the ones that I was particularly looking for that day lol
