Charged $995 for a relatively simple individual return (common schedules) and info provided up front in full. That cost is representative of 11 MAN HOURS at $90/hr. with a new “staff CPA”. Seriously? This after I filled out the most detailed tax prep booklet I've ever done. I also organized and detailed out every single receipt for them to plug in their program. Part of the charges (is for 1040es prep) they didn't do (or forgot to finish) until I asked where it was a week before it was due.

I have lived in Oregon, Colorado, Idaho and now my forever home Montana. Ryan Patrick and Patrick/Casey Co. have done my tax work for 30+ years. Can not imagine going anywhere else. Always patient w/ my problems and above all technically correct. Been working w/ Kyle Dover for 4+ years now at the firm. I have always had great service. Keep up the good work! - Dave
