With my third pregnancy I started experiencing lower back pain and difficulty putting my shoes and my kids shoes on around 24 weeks. Getting regular chiropractic care at Pangea and at home stretches has given me back my mobility as my pregnancy progresses. I am grateful to be feeling better and able to enjoy my time with my kids and family as we get ready for our new baby. I wish I would have gotten chiropractic care for my other two pregnancies!

Dr. Andrew and his team at Pangea are the best! Started going there in June of 2023 and the consistent headaches as well as my ribs going out all the time have been completely addressed and no longer negatively impact my daily life. They really believe in whole health and natural approaches vs. the conventional medicine way. Highly recommend!
