We had called in for an appointment for three people, was told it was fine. Arrived and there were only two people there - as anticipated now that we saw that, we were all rushed through our individual appointments so that we would finish fairly around the same time. This also meant that none of us even got a chance to add-on extras, which was mainly the reason we came to begin with. Was hoping for the chance to treat my out-of-town visitor to a relaxing experience and instead it was just, mediocre. We had chosen this because last time we were here (before the name change) we had a great experience here, but I'm not sure if the management/owners have changed and that in turn is part of the reason our experience was drastically different. We lucked out for parking this time, but we went midday on a weekday. I'd imagine weekend parking in this area is extremely tough, so just a heads up if you're going to anticipate trying to find street parking. A big part of me really wants to rate the whole thing just two stars but I'll give three because color wise the gels came out fine, I just really really wish they had told us it would not have been three individual techs.

I've been going here nearly a decade, since it was Soho Nail Spa, and I just love these women so much. I can always call ahead and get in when I need to and they've helped me troubleshoot several issues I've had with brittle nails and dry skin. Gina and Tracy are so meticulous, efficient, and kind, I'll never go anywhere else.

Chi has been my go to for over a year now! She always does the best pedicures and throws in a nice massage afterwards! Love love love going with her and always recommend her! It's a drive from me but I don't mind as she always takes great care of me.
