Have been so thankful for this service available to our community- took my 3 year old toddler in after a fall, and Brock Rutherford was great! We were in and out, including eval, x-rays and cast placement within an hour, and never felt rushed. They were so sweet and great with my daughter. Thank you!!!
My doctor’s office told me to go here because I woke up and could barely walk. My knee was the size of a grapefruit and 8/10 painful, something that had never happened to me. I arrived before they opened and was first in the queue. After explaining my situation, the receptionist went and spoke with the provider. When she returned, she told me that they didn’t have any openings that day (?) but that they’d made me an appointment in two weeks (!!). I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I don’t believe they don’t care. But, the NOW part of the name sure gets one”s hopes up that you might get some help sooner than later.
I have been going to The Center almost 4 1/2 years. I have seen Dr Tien for surgery and then Dr. Nelson for pain management. They have worked very hard to create a plan so that I can function and live in normal life. I highly recommend The Center and my two doctors.
