I booked her to do a manicure for my mother who is bed ridden. After booking and high increase of covid cases were reported in the area. When I asked if she had been vaccinated she avoided the question and so I told her that unfortunately since my mother is very vulnerable I would have to decline her services. She wrote back that I had wasted her time and space and that next time I would be charged for it. I'm just trying to protect my mother and she was nasty about it.

Had her came to my patio and cut my hair, it was great that she was available to do that. Love my hair cut

I would not recommend Pretty Nails to anyone. I got a new set today and I was in and out in 20 minutes. My nails are anything but Pretty!!!! Nails look terrible and they charged me a lot. The customer service is less than par. They act like you are inconveniencing them. I think NOT. I will take my business else ware. Very disappointed!
