We're a non-profit that depends on our computer to work 24-7. Michael and gang have bailed us out on more then one occasion. The best is that he can fix Mac computers remotely, so we don't have to stop work and haul the computer in for a software glitch. He's helped us keep old equipment limping along, and then helped us buy new equipment. I've worked with lots of techs, but none as knowledgable and helpful as Michael. If you're not taking your Mac/Apple problems to him, you're missing out on one of Bend's great businesses.
