WARNING! Frank built a duplex for me that ended up having a large amount of water coming into the house 7 days after completion. When I informed him of the issue he said he's not going out there to look at it as it was just a rumor. The property was only 1/4 mile from his office. The entire roof was defective. He's definitely not the honest Christian he claims to be. You'll need an attorney as he doesn't stand by his work!
I had a great experience with MHB as a builder and want to leave a 5-star review. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced company that can get the job done
