Petra Domonique St John at the Portland office of Mortgage Express was outstanding at finding me a good mortgage rate with a good lender for my Bend home purchase – and then just as importantly, preparing and coordinating all of the documents, forms, attachments, and signatures that were necessary for me to apply for and receive the mortgage, work with my real estate agent and me on a successful offer, and then complete the purchase in coordination with me, the mortgage lender, insurance company, and title/escrow company. Each of these steps required significant work from her, yet her efficiency and timeliness were truly astonishing. She was professional but also friendly and supportive, including providing truly helpful and understandable answers to my many questions.
