Very thorough and honest. Had to come out twice with the right tools for our unique fireplace insert, and accommodated our daughter’s nap schedule the same day. Found a crack on the cap and gave a temporary seal until we can fix it properly in the spring. Cleaned chimney and fire place well and adjusted our handle alignment. Our chimney is not easy. It is on a very tall roof with a steep pitch. The job Master's Touch do for us every year is great! They are clean and efficient! Price is expected and is worth every cent.

I called yesterday and they came out the next day, they made sure to cover my floor so nothing would get on it, I would recommend them to anyone that needs their chimney cleaned. They did a great job.
