Jake helped my family find the right home during the insane market where everything was going very fast and for well over asking price. Jake was always positive, encouraging, and offered advice whenever we asked. He quickly met us at all the houses we wanted to view even when the snow was falling and roads were icy back in February (and he had to drive 45+ minutes to get to some of them and he never complained). He knows how to write smart offers and counter offers. It was also a HUGE blessing to be able to use his moving truck to move into our new house when the deal was done! We highly recommend him!
