I cant express our families gratitude with these wonderful nurses that cared for our mom the short time we had her here in Central Oregon. Kindness, gentleness, expert care, understanding..and for us the constant connection with family members. They made our sweet Mom Avis's last months the best she could have..Thank you from the bottom of the Boggs families hearts

On the plus side, they took us on in late 2020 when Partners in Care would not. The individual people are good and caring. Pastor Noah is terrific as were a couple of others. The company, however, has terrible protocols and doesn't pay people enough and even though I knew and my paid caregiver knew he was dying in the last week I was left largely on my own unless I actually called for help. In other words, they weren't there when I needed them the most. Other problems: 1. Large turnover because they aren't paying their people enough in spite of the fact that they were charging the federal government over $5000 a month for 4-5 nursing visits each month. 2. My mom was under the care of Heart & Home for just under 2yrs. We cannot begin to describe the tender loving care that they gave our mom. The whole family was blessed by these beautiful caregivers & the complete Heart & Home staff. We could not have made it through my moms heartbreaking illness without these angels. Our dad was her primary caregiver & he also received the support, love & care that was beyond expectations. We will never forget! God Bless!
