I echo all of the positive comments made by prior reviewers. As to the negative comments, our experience was the exact opposite. When my mom needed a walker, it arrived at my door within a few hours. When she needed meds or supplies, they arrived the same or next day. My mom's primary care nurse (Tara) and CNA (Joni)--the most competent, caring, patient, and compassionate people I've ever met--never rushed through my mom's appointments. Rather, they spent as much time as needed to ensure that all of my mom's, as well as my husband's and my, concerns and needs were addressed. I cant express our families gratitude with these wonderful nurses that cared for our mom the short time we had her here in Central Oregon. Kindness, gentleness, expert care, understanding..and for us the constant connection with family members. They made our sweet Mom Avis's last months the best she could have..Thank you from the bottom of the Boggs families hearts

On the plus side, they took us on in late 2020 when Partners in Care would not. The individual people are good and caring. Pastor Noah is terrific as were a couple of others. The company, however, has terrible protocols and doesn't pay people enough and even though I knew and my paid caregiver knew he was dying in the last week I was left largely on my own unless I actually called for help. In other words, they weren't there when I needed them the most. Other problems: 1. Large turnover because they aren't paying their people enough in spite of the fact that they were charging the federal government over $5000 a month for 4-5 nursing visits each month. 2. No one ever gave me the book about "what to expect" during death. 3. CNAs and Nurses kept expecting me to know what to do next. One CNA made fun of me because I'd never put on a diaper. 4. On a desperate weekend when my spouse was pouring excrement from his poor old body I put in a desperate phone call and was TRANSFERRED TO A PORTLAND NUMBER -- there was nobody in the office here. Overall -- most of the individuals I worked with were caring in themselves, but the protocols they were following sucked and THEY LEFT ME ON MY OWN JUST WHEN I NEEDED THE MOST CARE. I cannot recommend the company.
