I don't leave reviews often but Adam is a consummate professional. An anxiety-inducing series of problems I ran into as a newbie PC builder were quickly and inexpensively solved thanks to his expertise, and he's the sort of guy whom I'd warrant gets along with everyone.

They literally saved the day for us. We were in Oregon on a multi-week motorcycle trip which we were filming for our YouTube channel. As luck would have it, I accidentally formatted one of my SD cards. I got in touch with Gaertner PC and they got all but a few of my files back. The SD card had nearly a week of video on it - days of hard work would have been lost. Can't tell you how much we appreciated the help and service, losing that much content would have been really disappointing.
