I was in Bend on vacation when the hinge on my Dell laptop broke and the frame began to peel off the screen. Gaertner does an outstanding job. I have been using them for several years and and each time completely impressed at their customer service and ability to fix everything from batteries, fans, adding additional memory and even security issues.
