Joining F45 has been one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. The team atmosphere and variety of workouts makes this such a fun and challenging gym. With amazing coaches, Casey, Angie, Emily, Gwynn, & Donald, who push and motivate you to keep going, I have made some incredible progress. Not only is this gym beneficial to my health, I have made and met incredible new friends! I can’t say enough about F45! And for those that travel a lot, the F45 Passport allows you to drop in at any location for free! Do yourself a favor and stop by for a look, and I promise you’ll want to come back!
