Save your self and go somewhere else! We chose this business to buy and install all new hardwood floors throughout our home and while we thought they did a great job and were very satisfied 2 1/2 years later our floor in front of our fridge started to warp. No water was left on the floor and nothing leaking from fridge so we pull out the fridge to see what might be going on and find that the hose to the fridge water line was installed under the hardwood floor! Over the course of 2 1/2 years the floors settled pinching the hose and leaking water, not only warping the floors under the fridge but on the opposite side of the wall! We call to let them know what has happened to try and figure out what can be done the OWNER gets defensive says it is NOT HIS PROBLEM we were customers 3 years ago and HANGS UP!! Are you kidding me?! So now we will turn the problem over to home owners insurance and let them deal with this A** Hole but I honestly could not believe how unprofessional this man was do yourself a HUGE favor and choose a different business.
