I'm so grateful that we ended up at Elevate. We have a cat with a very tricky, undiagnosable illness. Elevate is our 4th vet we've seen for her and I'm so floored with the care here. Dr. Sheen is gentle, patient, and empathetic and her holistic approach is exactly what we needed. Where past vets kept wanting to do aggressive, invasive interventions, Dr. Sheen's measured approach has been better for us and our kitty. We're here every 2-6 weeks and every staff member we've interacted with has been beyond delightful. If I could give more the 5 stars I would. This place is on another level.
The staff and providers at Elevate are wonderful. After a very traumatic experience at another vet, I was really nervous about finding a vet I could trust. A friend recommended Elevate and I’m so happy with the care and services. Highly recommend.
We started bringing our baby Hurley to Elevate after a cancer diagnosis. I wanted to get some alternative treatments and diet recommendations to help support his cancer treatments. Dr. Jacoby and her team where all amazing in helping care for Hurley and helping me do everything we possibly could to keep him feeling good and with us for as long as possible. He survived so much longer than anyone thought possible with his type of cancer diagnosis and I truly believe that the food and holistic approach helped support the chemo and kept him feeling good and with us for as long as his body would allow.
