Just found out he is retired, one of the best in his field. Happy for him that he is going to have some fun going forward and not have to listen our pain. Also sad to see him not be in the office anymore.

Dr Tobey and staff are fantastic! Easy to schedule an appointment. Office very clean and practicing new guidelines to keep us all Covid free!
