I am a firm believer in treating people the way I like to be treated. That said, whenever I reach out to Crystal Lake community management, I do so with positive intent and respect. Everyone I have worked with there has been respectful back to me and very responsive. They have always worked with me to resolve landscaping issues in and around our development.
Sienna has been extremely prompt in answering any questions I have had about the HOA and when she wasn't sure, passed the question on to the builder/Chip, who called the next day. Perhaps there's been a change in employees, but Sienna has been superb!
Kellie was very responsive and helpful with my questions and needs. She sent me all the information I needed for selling one of the townhomes. Thank you for your professionalism and quick response!
