At this point, I would like to gain access to a bullhorn, and stand in front these peoples homes and yell out random violations that I see fit. Since I can not park in front of my own property, on CITY owned streets, that this management company does NOTHING to maintain (evident by the abundant trash, dog feces, and roads that remain as thick as National Hockey League Ice in the Winters), I would enjoy telling them that their fence is not painted to my liking of Benjamin Moore's Boston Brick 2092-30. Lazy, unethical, money grabbing management. I have been given citations incorrectly on three different occasions now, for things my neighbors or strangers have done. Some woman drives around the neighborhood, takes pictures of random cars parked on the street, and then I’m the one given the citation?? Huh? If a bird poops on the stop sign down the street are you gonna write me up for that too? God forbid a tumbleweed roll past my home for two seconds! After 6 years of living in a community they manage and they leave homeowners with no options. There is a very high turnover rate inside the company. Management is unwilling to show any kindness or grace and treat everyone as if we are robots taking orders from there robots. The amount of money they charge for there services there is no humanism in the people. There has to be better options out there other then this company that will suit your needs better.
