I switched to Costco's optometrist 2 years ago after the prices at my local clinic increased too much for me to afford. I've seen two different doctors now and both were incredibly kind and made the exam process super quick! Yesterday they were running behind for my appointment due to the patient prior to me showing up late (not a surprise given that there was no parking at Costco, due to the upcoming holiday) and the receptionist was SO kind. She made sure to check in with the doctor to let them know I had to get back to work, and also was more than happy to let me pop out to buy my kiddo (poor kid had to be at work with me and go to my appt) pizza and let him eat it...read full review
Was visiting the area from out of town and forgot my contacts at home. I called several places and Costco was the only place that had my brand of lenses. The optimists not only had my lenses in stock but gave me a box free of charge so I could get through the weekend. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them.
