Cascade Pump was incredibly supportive and helpful when our well froze in cold weather. While we didn't have to have them come out, we are so thankful for their assistance over the phone. We will always call them for any service / support or equipment needed.
I started having problems with my water July 1, just in time for the holiday weekend!?♀️ I called first thing Tuesday morning and they were able to send someone right out. The gentleman was very sweet and kind, fixed my problem and now I have no more worries. Being a Veteran I sometimes have severe anxiety and this didn’t help. Their timely manner was very much appreciated!
As anyone who is trying to get services in C. Oregon knows, it can be hard to get a speedy response, even if it's an emergency. But Tim at Cascade and his crew were ON IT when our irrigation pump died, exactly on the day we had a great deal of sod delivered. WATER! We decided to replace the pump rather than wait on finding rare repair parts. The new pump was delivered and installed quickly and we got water on our new project before it was too late. Excellent response time, excellent work. I can't recommend them enough. Two other companies I contacted didn't even bother to return my calls.
