Micheal went above and beyond while servicing my gas fireplace. He fixed the additional issue that I had with the fire place and I am grateful for his knowledge and help. He took his time to explain things to me and he did a thorough job.

The technician, Michael, did a thorough job inspecting system components, including cleaning and testing. He was also very professional and polite as he walked through what he had done. Cascade installed our system 11 years ago when our home was first constructed and it has performed well. Very happy our builder chose that system (Trane) and contractor (Cascade)!
