Let me first say, I can see why they were voted as one of Bend's Best in 2024! This was my first official eye appointment with an optometrist, and from walking in to Terri, a few tests with Joanna, and with Dr. Liz following up, this is how patients WANT to be treated and ARE treated here! The dynamic they have in this office is how all medical offices should be like. Awesome job Cascade Eyecare!! And ironically, my eyes are still perfect and won't see them from a while.

This staff is incredible- listening intently, validating and encouraging. Professionalism you rarely see anymore. Considerate and supportive of insurance policies. It was so nice to be seen as a person and treated with respect. No painful procedures, complete open conversations, no ulterior motives! From the moment you walk in - you’re not a number ! Come where you’re truly seen.

I’ve just moved my Eyecare to Cascade because of the great reviews. I see why. Everyone was so kind and competent from front desk to Ashley and Dr. Erin to picking out glasses. I’m so happy I changed. Bright and happy as well. :)
