There is a reason Carpet Smart is rated so highly. I hit up the website with a request, and the NEXT DAY Tom calls and by that afternoon I had my wrinkled carpet fixed! Tom and his employee were great, fast, professional, efficient - can't say enough about how painless the experience was. I've already recommended him to several friends, and I do to you as well. You'll thank me later!
