Initially we were thrilled to begin working with Jason. His presentation was good and the proposal was thorough. However it began to take days and even weeks to get responses back about our project. The project never did get finished. We were left to finish the site on our own. The contact portal didn't work initally and it took us a couple months to notice. We missed several opportunities to connect with clients because of this mistake. When I logged in to Wordpress I found the beginings of a privacy agreement which was never finished and did not get published to our website. Per the proposal for website design that we recieved from Jason, a payment portal was supposed to be included on the site and it just never got done. A training session was to be provided at the completion to teach us to manage the site. That never happened. The project took over a year which was significantly longer than had been communicated to us. Overall I would not recommend Bend Web Design. We chose this business because we were given shorter timelines than other local web developers. I really would have appreciated timely responses to questions and project status updates. I also believe that the areas of our proposal which did not come to fruition should have resulted in a refund for services not rendered.

Jason is our goto guy .He has always been there for us and our company.Just want to say THANK YOU for making our business website.We will alway send you all our customers . Great communication.
