Sometimes in life you meet transcendent professionals, and Bill with Bar Towing is one of these. Our friend got her RV high-centered in our driveway, and called her Roadside Assistance plan. Bill was there quickly, and was amazingly helpful. He pulled her rig out of our driveway, but spent extra time checking out the undercarriage, making sure nothing was damaged, and talking our friend through his analysis of the situation. Very knowledgeable, super patient.

I'm from out of the area (in California) and have a Turo car which was rented by a guest and driven to the Bend Oregon area. While there, my car developed a broken brake-line. Bar Towing responded to assist. The Turo guest had become difficult to communicate with and was being uncooperative with Sean from Bar Towing. Sean called me and kept me up to date on the status of the situation and was extremely helpful with resolving the issue.
A long story short, over the span of two days, Sean assisted me with getting the vehicle towed to a mechanic who repaired the brake system. Sean called multiple times and really made this long distance headache... read full review

I had an amazing experience with Sean. He put my mind at ease when someone backed up into me and my car was not drivable. The experience was, quick, responsive, and painless.
