If the power goes out for any amount of time, expect your water to be under a boil advisory for several days—at least. And if it happens on a Friday? Add a couple extra days of waiting before you can safely use your water again. You’d think a utility company charging this much would invest in backup generators, but apparently not.

This man literally yelled at me, infront of my children, while I was in a line at a car wash. He wanted me to pass him- as he was in the wrong line I’m guessing. There was no, “Ma’am can you please pass me in line, I’m in the wrong line” etc. He just started honking at me while yelling “go around me lady, pay attention!” repeatedly out his window. My kids literally cried and said they were scared of him. I put my windows up and went around him, while he had his hands out the window continuing to yell. The custom service is always great, and they notified us immediately when they noticed a surge in our water usage, which tipped us off to a broken pipe. They also adjusted our bill during that time so we didn't have to pay for the additional water used when we didn't know the pipe was broken. Thanks for all your help!
